Set within our Retro Lounge, this is not your typical programme. There’s no fixed agenda — just good music, easy conversation, shared moments, and activities shaped around the people in the room.

​

No two sessions are the same. Some days it’s laughter and storytelling, other days it’s music, games, or simply relaxing with a great coffee and good company. It’s familiar, comfortable, and designed to feel right for people living with younger onset dementia.​

With the support of our facilitators and incredible volunteers, guests can connect, unwind, and enjoy time without pressure.

At the same time, Retro Lounge Sessions create valuable space for partners and carers, time to work, rest, or take care of what’s needed, knowing their person is in a safe and supportive environment.
